Electronic Record Keeping
Records at Montclair Family Practice are now stored digitally and are
intended to keep track of a patient's entire health and medical history
in a computerized, electronic format. Keeping records in this manner is
safer, more efficient and makes obtaining other medical infromation,
such as lab results a lot easier.
Flu Shots
Flu shots will be available in September--please call the office to
